The Greyhound Cider House 1977-'80
Caroline recalls "Gradually some lesbian women joined the women’s group and one suggested that after our group meeting on Tuesday evening, we went to the , a private room in the on . The woman was very specific, she said ‘There’s a lot of lesbians there, but you don’t have to be lesbian to go'. It was a very pleasant and welcoming place, we would make cakes for one another’s birthdays, I’d been to places like the which was horrid and this was very laid back and you got to meet all kinds of very different women there”.
