Coming out at work

Regarding Barbara said “On the work front, it’s not our mission in life to say ‘I’m gay’ but equally if the issue crops up I’ve never lied about it, and people do know, and it’s quite liberal. In the early stages I would have been more reticent, though when I first qualified in 1983 I did tell my employer Brendon Flemming because I didn't want to work for someone and not know that." Now in the work sphere everyone treats them as partners. Bridget said “It’s their problem not mine!”
