Lesbian and gay artists
Gay men and lesbians have a long association with the arts, and the Birmingham LGB community is no exception. Many of our contributors are artists and photographers and some of their work can be seen on this website.
Recent exhibitions focussing on the work of contemporary gay artists include:

The Museum and Art Gallery recently exhibited the work of Simeon Solomon.
