Bolts, a one nighter at the Dome nightclub on Horsefair, ran from May 1986 to September 1987, the successful night was forced to leave the Dome nightclub after the new manager said the popular gay night was putting off straight customers who were fearful of catching AIDS. The club night moved to a venue near Fiveways.
